Programme highlights:
The Land (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (LMPO) is the primary ordinance governing road openings in Hong Kong. Under the LMPO framework, HyD issues Excavation Permits (XP) through XP Management System (XPMS), and audit the compliance of site works to XP conditions using Audit inspection Management System (AIMS). Electronic Mark Plant Circulation (EMPC) system facilitates exchanges of utility records digitally among utility companies.
