| Content: | Competence management is one of the key elements which underpin the reliability of operations in safety critical environment. Having the right person for the right job is essential when seeking to deliver safety operations. The Speaker will give an overview of the tools and methods existed to assist competence management. The process of designing a competence management system will be introduced. Relevant incidents and case studies will also be discussed. |
