Programme highlights
The causes of safety hazards, the technical measures, their prevention are differentiate between different types of safety. In order to achieve the functional safety of a machine or plant, the safety-relevant parts of the protection or control devices must be functioning in safe mode. This requires special measures and techniques that comply with the specifications of the relevant standards ie IEC 61508: "Safety Integrity Level" ; EN 954: "Categories" ; DIN V 19250 and DIN V VDE 0801: "Requirement categories". The seminar will include:
l Introduction of Safety Concept and Safety Standards
l How to realize the safety in Project
l Safety Engineering, Maintenance and Easy Diagnostics
Speaker
Mr Edwin Kong, Business Development Manager and Ms Li Jia, Safety Product Manager of Siemens Limited. She has worked for Siemens since 2007 and she have lot of practical experience in Process Automation, Process Safety, Safety integrated solution. She is now the manager of all Safety products and solution in China and Hong Kong.
