Speaker:
Mr. Zico KWOK, President of Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists (Session 2010-11).
He has over 15 years experiences with underground utilities inspection, Surveying and Mapping using CCTV, PCL, LNC, GPR, Gas Leak Detector, etc and plot data in GIS

Programme highlights:
Nowadays, the detection of leaks in water supply mains is not only the job of Water Supplies Department on public supply systems, but is also becoming a routine exercise carried out in private lots as part of the estate management.  In some cases, this is actually a requirement of the Water Authority to reduce water wastage.
