Speaker: Mr. Neil van Kalles, HSSE Manager (Asia) for Hargreaves has spent most of his career working in the oil and gas industry and has worked extensively in SE Asia. Neil is a NEBOSH and TapRooT tutor and specialises in the development of HSSE Management frameworks for international companies.

The Speaker will demonstrate the use of process views to represent the incident management process before comparing the methodology of two formal Incident Investigation methodologies (Cause-Mapping and TapRoot).

The graphical representation of the outcome of the incident investigation shall be compared and contrasted. Using a common methodology in a company is important to ensure consistency between investigations.
